I need a new pedal box or info on rebuilding my rusted out box,any ideas?Mine is more or less gone,the PO used sheet metal to reinforce what was left of the box.

I probably have some if not somone elce will. the first questions is your location and email. Secondly is the car an auto or manual (mechanical or hydrolic only the 1600s and VERY early 02s were mechanical). Rebuilding the box is VERY simple especaly out of the car. there are just a few bushings that need to be changes and lubracation by anti-seize will keep it working smooth for years. now is the time to inspect the clutch master to see if its leaking.

I have a pedal box from a left hand drive car ( a '72) that was recently rebuilt. The car was then unfortuneatly rear ended so most it's now up for sale if you're interested. I've no idea what its worth or if its of any use to you but I'd be happy to enquire about postage to the states? I'd rather it went to a good home than sat in my garage gathering dust.
