Just did mine. Use 3M weatherstrip adhisive, I tried the yellow 3m contact cement before and it did not hold as well. Can buy at Autozone. You have to remove the panel. When gluing them down start at one corner and work around, you will have to trim a bit of leftover material, they come oversized. Make sure the top of the material is near flush with the top edge of the panel, I put my back seal a bit too high and had to re-do, not fun. Go light on the adhisive so it does not squish out when you set the bond.

the front seal is glued to the body of the car, the rear (shorter length) is glued to the sunroof panel. I removed the panel, glued the rear 1st. Then installed and glued in the front. I did the front length first, letting it dry w/ the sunroof closed, using it as a clamp. Then glued the sides and held em in place by hand while they dried. Good luck.

I put in my sunroof seals and headliner with the heavy duty 3m trim yellow stuff. Did as directed. Cleaned and prepaired all surfaces. Scuffed and degreased. Sprayed both liner and car with a cross spray as directed when possible.Let sit between 15-30 min. then stuck it. Everything "looked" great. It has been a around 2 months now and between 85 and 95 degrees out side and most of the glue has loosened in the last few days. Headliner's saging. Still very sticky but won't hold back to the surface. Tallked to my brother (3m VIP)and he said they had lots of issues. Tallked to a friend that owns a very high end body shop and said the same. He said find the green stuff the pro's use whatever the name is. Good luck
