Chill out man, it is a holiday.

At least on 73's and earlier there is no relay and I don't think there is one on 74's either.

For 1973, the fuel pump wiring goes to 1) a ground near the gas tank and 2) a connector near the hood release lever. Make sure the ground is good and see if you have 12v at the under-dash connection. If 74 is different, at least follow the wiring back. Chances are either the ground has gone bad or the wire is damaged somewhere.
