alternator. But, unless your "old" bushings are actually fairly new, you might was well get new ones. In which case, Call Maximillian or your favorite 2002 parts suplier and they should be able to tell you for sure. Get the urethane ones if available.

I dunno about the ground wire and since I'm at work and my 02 is at home, I can't look.
