320i alternator upgrade. Which bushings to use?

O.K. which bushings should I use for this upgrade?

And Can I put my ground wire to any of the bolts on the alternator?

I know this is so simple!

If you're refering to thesupport arm bushings they're the same as stock. My ground wire goes from the top nut on the back of the alternator to the top, inside bolt on the timing chain cover.
