Help! This has got to be the tightest nut I have EVER tried to remove! sure there is some rust in there, but I have sprayed it with penetrating oil, heated it, and am on it with a 3 foot breaker bar. I'm afraid I am going to break the engine stand! any hints from someone who has already done it? thanks!

I tried removing mine with a 3' breaker bar, then another 3' pipe onto that after heating and tons of penetrating oil. No success. Got out the 200# impact gun (albeit with a 3/4"-1/2" adapter) no success either. Took a 600# gun to do the job. You might want to give it a little tightening shot first. That might be enough to break the rust buildup et voila.
