i wanted to try and use the windage tray from the s14 motor so i made a tray out of .040 steel 4 1/2 x 5 x 1 1/4 deep and cut and welded it in to make the pan deeper so i could use the s14 oil pump and pick up. with the 02 pick up their was no way to use the windage tray. so far everything fits ok

Might the pan sit a little low now? Hope the car isn't lowered much!

You plan on building in some sort of gated baffle around the new section like on the S14 pan?

Any benefits to keeping the s14 pump Vs. a stock 02 pump?

More power!

I admit I am using the stock M10 pump and pickup, with a different style of windage tray that runs much closer to the crank. I have one baffle separating the back of the sump to the front using a neoprene rubber flap as the one way gate.
