Our newest tech (and already contagious '02er) Devin wants "more power" in his '02. Danuel, the lead tech has been nursing an M20 project for 2 years. Devin freaked when I told him I had a complete m20 he could have if he wanted to swap it into his '02. So now I've got these two guys racing to see who can finish their swap fastest. Honestly this is just the fire Danuel needed lit under his ass to finally get his running. To make things more interesting I entered the "competition" myself with my M42 / 4a/t swap. We'll see who gets finished first. This is a shot of the three unfinished donor engines awaiting completion and installation. The fourth engine (in the bag) is a lowly Mitsubishi 2.6 we're building for a customer. All the parts in the background are top secret, pardon the mess!

I like the stool positioning too, looks like you guys have spent some time sitting there, drinking beer, and bitching while you came up with this crazy plot!

No offense, just thought I'd clarify that little detail. :>)

Sorry Skip, I should have pointed that out. SFCR has always done good by me, and I would highly suggest them to anyone w/an '02 or import problem between Dallas and Memphis.

I'm just at the end of my year+ long rope of patience waiting on promises made when I've already delivered more than my share.

Will the M42 oil pan fit around the 2002 cross member without modification? I am planning to do an M42 swap myself and this is the only thing I cant do myself as I cant weld aluminum if it needs to be modified. I read somewhere that it dosent fit without modification. Any insight to this issue appreciated. Thanks.
