Hi all,

well I seem to have found myself in a little jam......i am trying to put in a new passenger side vent window that i've been putting off for ever. I have the entire frame assembly out of the door, but it seems that the whole frame is riveted together. The old window literally fell out (it was broken in many places.......), but I'm stuck as to how to get the new window in. I would hate to break the frame apart and am assuming there must be an easier way. Anyone out there who has gone through this exercise have some tips?

cheers,

adam

Insert bottom pivot assy thru weatherstrip. Open the vent window apx (3/4) of an inch or so from closed position., then Push FIRMLY downward on the glass assy and align/mate the pivot pin assy at top of window assy. Then release pressure. Good luck Mr Local.
