PNW'ers More Specifically Portland o2'ers Couple of Q's 4 ya

Hey guys,

Took a metalshaping class with Ron Covell a few months back and one of the hot rod heads who lived in Portland said that you all had regular meetings at a microbrewery in town. My wife and I are going to be coming up on April 13th through the 17th scouting out fire departments, schools and housing. We will be relocating in the Summer of o7.

Are there any meetings or gatherings that week. I would really like to get together with some o2'ers and get acquainted with the group and the area. I am sure that most of you know the great spots to eat, relax, and drink beer. MMMMMmmmmmm beeeeeeeer. Shoot me an e-mail and let me know if you have any sound advice or meeting times, etc. I would love to meet up with some of you guys. Thanks-

Looks like that is an "off " week, next meeting is scheduled for the 6th. Give me a shout and I will see if the group wants to meet for beers. G

Not the leader--just one of the"oldest"

Every other Thursday (3/23, 4/6, 4/20, etc) @ the coffee house. Located about 28th and Holgate. People start to show up about 7:00pm... Lots of good folks and plenty of knowledge to go around. Not to mention how cool it is to pull into the parking lot and see it filled exclusively with '02s of every vintage!
