Valve cover that I'm polishing: I decided to go ahead and delete all the raised markings...partially to find out how it would look...and also to make the polishing easier! I wet/dry paper sanded it up to 600 grit, though I'm seeing some scratches that still need to come out before the final bout with the buffing wheel. Not done yet, but I'm on my way.

What do you all think of it?

I'm going to leave it shiny. I suppose I could clear coat it though....

Have it clear powder coated.. :) That is usually a good thing.
