Here's a diagram Keith made which goes a long way towards helping one figure out the front one. This ie the "easy" alternative if you don't want to do bodywork on the car.

I'm just starting my conversion this weekend, so far looks like a lot of hole fillin' grindin' and paintin'. since I have to respray the area behind the bumper, I'm going to go a bit further and shave the side markers as well.
