tires and wheels quick question for Steve K.

in the recently posted pics of the Shamrock rally, i see that you have the 320i turbine style wheels on your car.

are those the 13x5.5" ones with the standard 320i offset? Also, what size tires are on there?

I'm eventually going to turbo flare my verona 02 and was wondering if my 13x5.5" 320is basketweaves and 205/60s would look silly under the flares. i think the turbines look just fine.

standrad turbines with 205/60r13. There are spacers there too. I just left the spacers in place that i run with my race wheels. The front is 1/2 inch and the rear is 1/4 inch.

they do look better with wide tires.

These are 215/50r13 on 13x7.5 wheels

that wider tires look better. i'll probably upgrade to 14x6 minilites and wider tires after i do the flares, but at least i can run the 13s without looking silly.

hey, i can loan you a set of spacers if you want. i think they're ~1/4" or so. they're just sittin' in the basement.
