Part number needed please......

I need the part number for the upper water neck attached to the cylinder head. I have a 69 2002 and my water neck cracked last night.

It should be #4 in this diagram:

thanks for the help!!!!! i guess i should have looked closer at the page to see that there are actually three #4's listed. Instead, I only read the notes to the first #4 and didnt bother to look at anything else.

Here's my tip for figuring out which part I need from the diagram. Knowing my luck, the part I need is usually the most expensive item on the list.
