engine and drivetrain Looking for a custom black early 16oo in the bay area.

If anyone knows this car, it would be great to find a couple of recent pics of it. My uncle built it in the early 80's, some of the key features would be hand stretched flares out of the original fenders covering 8" wheels and a sunroof that he transplanted the entire roof out of a later car. The engine was also done up well probably with twin webers. There is probably a million other pecular items, he's a master craftsman with anything mechanical.
