engine and drivetrain what are these 2 parts circled on the transmission

The one on the left is the shift platform mount. There are two of these, one on either side of the front of the platform. They attach it to the transmission. There's a bushing where the bolt passes through that wears out.

The one on the right is at the top rear of a triangulated support for the rear of the platform. I don't believe you usually replace anything here. Just push up on the platform to ensure it's as close to the floor of the car as possible, then tighten this bolt.
