I bought the UUC short shift (model USSE3) a few years ago. Nice product. I removed it from the car while doing the floors/interior/console/wiring and skillfully managed to loose one of the lower bearings. Actually, I'm sure it isn't lost. I expect to find it after its replacement arrives. Anyway, I called UUC just now and Arjun asked me to send my information and he would replace it. No muss, no fuss, 30 second conversation and it is done. It is such a pleasure to shop with people who are willing to support their products that way. Good business!!

the exact thing happened to me a year ago and they came thru for me as well. their stuff isnt cheap but its good stuff and they know how to treat customers

Yea I have a bunch of UUC stuff on my E36 M3. Rob stands behind his stuff. A simple phone call is usually all it takes.

I now have the UUC red tranny mount on the '76 with the four speed. It works perfectly.
