I get mine as part of my membership to National Auto Sport Assoc but pretty sure it's available at the newstand also. April issue has an article about a car in the SF Bay Area that has had MAJOR engine work done on the M10 by Road Rockets in Sonoma, CA. It's a '73tii with too many mods to list here, ultimately producing 201hp and 183 lb-ft of torque.

i have been waiting for that article( was supposed to be in Feb). That car used to have an A4 system. It is owned by a dedicated CCA member and driving instructor at our chapter driving schools. I have been for fun rides in it with its new power and suspension. It is an amazing 2002- and still an M10! Bill Watson conceived and built the machine. Rand D components, and fabrication that other 02s can benefit from in the future. Bill's shop is at Sears Point- oops, infineon. I cannot wait to read the article. Better- I get to ride in the car this weekend during our chapter's driving school. Hope it stays dry.

lol- I thought Bimmer would send me a copy " hot off the press" since my car was part of the content. Nope. I will receive the mag. when the postman puts it in my post box. I guess I better go to the bookstore and buy a dozen copies so I can send them to friends around the world who said I was full of **** when I told them my car was going to be in a BMW mag. There will be a follow-up piece in Bimmer about my 2002s. Jackie, the Editor, likes the fact that I use the A4 at the track and on the street. In fact, I am off to a Sears Point Drivers School this weekend, with the A4 with a new 245 5 sp OD tranny( my clutch blew up at the last school and the 1st grear shift fork bent). I begin registration tonight at the motel near the track. Thanks for the heads up that the mag is out. I am off to buy a bunch of them.
