Rota RB (Panasport knockoffs) 15x7 question

For those of you that are reading this, you may remember that I posted a while ago on the Rota RB in 13x8 with a +4 offset, but I didn't buy them because I would like to run bigger than 13's. So, today I emailed ROTA and they said they will be coming out with 15x7 in 4 mm offset and 22 mm to choose from in April. Lets just say that I was really happy to hear the news, since mostly everything they make are in useless Honda offsets. So anyways after doing alot of reading and research, I know a 25-28mm offset is perfect for a stock 2002. But I'm gonna be running Turbo flares and I want the rims/tires out as far as possible to tuck them right under the Flare lip. So should I go with the 4 mm offset? Oooh I cant wait!

I would go for the 22mm offset. 4mm will be poking out way too far.
