and it runs just fine. Would probably run better if it did, but I'll get to that someday after the other stuff is done. I want the brakes and suspension done before worrying about more power.

remove air cleaner-

open throttle fully-

look down into the open throat and see if anything

is protruding or obstructing a clear flow into das motor-

when I bought my car, it had a 32/36 going into a stock intake manifold.... and the problem was the gasket they used didn't fit both sides, and it ripped it up, likely sending gasket crap into the engine... and it leaked gas around the carb.

I figured that out when I was changing the headgasket, and went ahead and dremeled it all out better. Didn't seem right at all to have them mismatched like that, and made me feel better to fix it.
