What did you guys do to mount your 320i radiators?

I have 2 types - one behr one bmw. both have mounting tabs at the top - but nothing obvious at the bottom. One has holes down the sides that may be usable. Can i get some stuff at local hardware stores to mount one of these?

get your hoses first. Dry run with hoses on then mark your holes. I used 1/4 pipe nipples cut to length for mounting the radiator. Watch your fan clearance. Mount radiator flush to front as best as possible. I can email you pics if needed. I think I had to add a piece of flat bar to one side .

Thanks for the info paul. I'll do my best getting it on. i have a "mounting kit" from 2002ad but dont understand it.

Pat, with the radiator that you got from me, there were 2 U-Brackets that the bottom of the radiator sat in and then 2 L-Brackets that were welded to the tin in the nose with the upright part of the L, parallel to the top bracket. Then I used Isolation dampers to bolt the top radiator brackets to the L-Brackets. They are rubber with a stud sticking out of each side like this --[]--

In this pic the bottom brackets are still there even though I had already removed the upper tin..
