tires and wheels 13x8 ET4, will these wheels fit on an 02 with flares?

I've finally found a set of wheels that I like and are affordable, but I'm not exactly sure they will fit. The wheels are Rota RB (panasport look alikes) and have a pretty nice lip on them. They are 13x8 with a +4 mm offset. If I'm not mistaken I've seen Steve K.'s car with 13x7 ET13 tucked under turbo flares, (man that's a nice car). So, my question is will will these wheels, that are 1" wider and have the additional offset, fit under turbo flares, if not will they fit under the wider Group 2 flares that sorta look like turbo flares? Will I need anything else to make these wheels fit, like longer wheels studs, I wouldn't think so, but I'm just asking, before I invest the little money I have on this stuff.

actually i run 13x7.5 wheels with 25mm offset, but 1/2 inch spacer in front and 1/4" spacer in the rear. with about 3 mm strut clearance in front

do you know what size tire you will be using? since the total width will most likely depend ont he the tire size. i believe the backspacing on the 2002 is somewhere between 4 and 4.5 inches. so the +4 is close to call. Might need some tiny spacers.

If you are not running spacer or running small ones you will not need longer studs.

btw, with my car sitting very low, i had some rubbing on the flare. but since they are plastic, they "adjust" themselves.

You will also need to massage the rear of the fender well to allow the wheel turn form left to right without interference.

since were talking none german wheels look at this..

i'm getting them in 15*8 offfset 25F 10R for my scion, but i think these will also fit an 02. same bolt pattern. and they're all custom made 3 peice wheels. not on the cheap side though very very nice if you like lip... only comes in 14 or 15..

Dude, those Equips are nice, do you have source or link to show where I can get them and how much they'll run. I'd actually prefer a 14" or 15" wheel.
