of course, I ran the blades down to nothing. I used the larger toothed demolition blades (not the fine toothed metal cutting blades). It broke lots of teeth, but it cut that metal really quick.

doing a few years ago with '50 Merc's and mid-80's GM cars with the same wheelbase - they remove all of the outer body structure of the GM car, leaving only the rockers, floor pan, rear wheel wells and inner cowl, then remove the floor and cowl from the Merc and weld the two together. Seems like a lot of work to me, but supposedly it's the easiest way to get late model running gear, a/c, power steering, etc under an early 50's body.

So, the question is, what storta wierd body's going on the E30 pan?
