Just made a reservation at the Best Western (1-800-533-8760), and there are just two rooms left for Fri. and Sat nights, May 26, 27. This is not a fancy place, but nice quiet location and close to historic Old Salem and walking/running trail. Location is 127 S Cherry St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101. - Larry

Just a note to all that we are planning a drive up to the Blue Ridge Parkway Sunday am and will probably head north and spend Sunday nite up in Virginia somewhere, I have a few spots in mind. Scott and I are going to work out the details and he will put on the V@V website once we have them
