Saw a post the other day that mentioned these were hard to get in the States.

Today I was talking to "Brooklands Books" who publish the book and they were shocked that one of their books may be hard to obtain. They said in the States the two main stockists are Cartech and MBI Publishing (and Amazon of course).

Amazon seem cheapest but probably take longer, our own site may be the next cheapest.
