Books on competition 2002`s?

Hello,

Just wondering if there any decent books on competition 2002`s around? be nice to have a read up on there history etc? Also which is the best books for competition preperation on the 2002`s?

Mike Macartneys 02 Restoration Guide does cover quiet a bit. Other books are a new BMW Alpina book by James Taylor & I'd throughly recommend the Gert Hack - BMW 2002 book if you can find it, I have it in Dutch - but what a book. I think it was also in German. I might be able to find someone in the NL with a copy if you are interested. Start with Mike's book first then go from there.

Hello, I think the book referred to is Gert Hack's BMW Tuning (Motor Buch Verlag 1971.) For those who aren't familiar, he was a journalist at Auto Motor und Sport and later went to work for Alpina.

Two other cool books to have are NullZwei by Thomas Muller and Das Grosse 02 Buch by Stephan Schrahe. The text is in German, but if you don't read German, the photos are worth the purchase price.
