4 bolt output flange the same?

I need to find out if the four bolt output flanges are the same on the 242 getrag ('02 4 speed tranny) and 245 getrag(320i 5 speed tranny).

REALOEM has two different numbers for the '02 4 speed, 232 112 00465 and 232 112 04748, but it doesn't make a difference between the three bolt and 4 bolt for the 320i 5 speed tranny(#'s 232 112 08536 & 232 112 09612). Are the splines the same? Are the two 4 bolt flanges interchangeable?

The guibos are the same. Shortening an 02 driveshaft is a little easier for a shop to do than an E21 one, plus a 4-bolter makes an 02 look a little more original with a 3-bolt flange.

You interchange the 3 or 4 bolt E21 flanges on the E21 tranny, but the 4-bolt 02 flanges do NOT fit on an E21 tranny.
