Here's my two options.

The car currently has e30 14 inch steelies on it. cheap, readily available and opens up more tyre options.

15 inch BBS wheels will be going on once i've figured out how to make em fit without rubbing under a low car with bent struts. And that they're round, repainted, new tryes....

(well they are in VIC) sometimes if you talk to the mechanic they'll let it go...Thats what happend to us anyway. Saved alooootta problems. They look nice with gold centres. Do you have any higher res pics? I would love to see some :-D

Tom, the spacers are only illegal if you get caught, or a wheel falls off.

I have some, and will leave it up to my mechanic to determine the best way to use them. The ones I have bolt to the hub and then the wheel is bolted to the spacer. Not sure if I should do this, or have longer studs put on the wheel hubs.

As for the photo's, hope these are a bit better. I picked this set up in Sydney for about $400 from memory. I've stripped the lip on them, a bit of a polish and given them a coat of Supercheap gold to see how they look.
