I just picked up a summer/winter box on ebay. I know some of you use them and some of you dont. What are the real benefits of one and if you dont use one, is there any harm? I havent ever had one on my car and it seems not to have an effect. What are your thoughts?

It sure helped on my previous 2002, with the Weber carb conversion and OEM air filter housing, to keep the carb from icing up in the winter when driving in a storm. :)
