Been doing some '02ing last few days and today I notice what sounds like an extremely high pitch bell ringing around the front right of the car. It tends to make the noise around 50mph and above, but is random in its volume and seems to come and go in different severities. Is this what a wheel bearing sounds like if its biting the dust, if no what else could it be? Thanks! -G

grap it at 3 and 9 shake.

If you notice any movement, time for at least new bearings and races.

These little cars do give you notice when they are not happy, we just do not always listen.

Another test that sometimes works is, when the squealing starts, swerve (gently, depending on your speed) the car left and right. Typically a wheel bearing noise will come and go when you do that.
