I got an email with lots of pictures from an unrestored 73tii from Alex Orens, so I think I'm good to go.

I (cough) blew a hole in my center resonator trying to start the engine yesterday. Guess I should have stopped when it flooded... :)

Nope. I had tried putting in a Pertronix that I had used on the old engine a couple years ago. All I can figure is that the unit went bad while it was in storage. I put points back in last night and I'll try again that way.

Unfortunately the center resonator I ordered is on back-order so I've got to wait 2 or 3 weeks extra. I may still try to start it up with the hole. That's what earplugs are for, right?
