use the 02 rubber mounts w/the adapter plates. make sure you mark the center of the m10's crankshaft on the car so you can check to see if the adapter plates are accurate. I had to cut one of mine apart and reweld. not sure if that was the plate's fault or the car's ;)

and you might want to reinforce your driver's subframe mount. mine cracked after dropping the m20 in so i did this

..and I also do not own a BMW 2002.
