I've got the racecar head at the machinist,

but I thought I'd play around with making a mould of the ports on an E12 head just to see how it works.

The ports actually look really good- the only obvious help I could see would be to smooth out the transition into the valve seat, and maybe profile the guide a bit. These heads are pretty dang impressive compared to your usual street car!

(yes, the mould material looks... gross... in the pictures)

Looks cool. From what I understand, gains can be made on the short side radius. The less sharp the radius the higher the flow from what I understand. I should do one on my head that Eric Kerman did. What did you use to make the mold?

I think it's rice pudding! the latex didn't work at all- didn't hold its shape.

it's shrinking as we speak...
