75 - 1602 UK spec, Horn stopped working, checked fuses all ok. Noticed before that when the choke was pushed in to it's final stop, the horn would honk, is this normal> Now stopped doing this all together, presume the relay next to the main beam relay is the horn, it has a looped through positive, so I guess the negative is switched? any ideas??

I have a similar problem to you, I have an aftermarket Momo wheel, though, and if I connect the wires to the horn itself, the minute I turn the car on, the horn is also on. I think you and I both have a grounding problem... I believe the horn is grounded when you depress it, completing the ciruit and sounding the horn.

Replace the fuses and clean the contacts. Be sure the contacts fit around the fuse tightly.
