When im in my car and my dad is driving me around in the front left or middle part of the car it makes this grinding noise or like fluid moving very fast on acceleration but not down hill or stoped to 10 MPH. Help!

Start by checking center support bearing of drive shaft. If that's OK, then maybe it's your front main bearing of the gear box going bad. ??? If either was bad it would make sense that they might grind noisely under a load, but not so loudly when costing down hill or when backing off accelerator. I'm not expert, but with those kinds of noises it is best to have it checked out by someone who is. Good luck. TC
