Hi, has anyone found a source for 'blank' DCOE flanges that can be used to adapt GSXR ITBs to a good ol' fashioned DCOE manifold? Also, I'm planning to angle the ITBs up slightly so I can implement an airbox that will clear the (non-tii) brake booster. Does anyone know the minimum angle that will work? Maybe about 30 degrees?

Thanks,

Robert

I'm still in the dreaming stages of the same thing. I've got some SV throttle bodies but plan to get a bank of 4 for a GSXR. I've got a couple BMW heads and intakes. My plan is to raise and angle up the intake, saw the intake off and weld flanges then cut to fit the throttle bodies. Then i'll weld, epoxy and mill the intakes to make a gradual arch between the throttle bodies and the valve seat to get rid of the tight bend on the inside radius before the valve seat. My buddy is sponsored by Factory Pro and has a TEKA box to modify maps. Its so dirt simple to use that I think I can graft the fuel injection in and map it quicker and cheaper than Megasquirt.
