Does anyone know where I can get some new pedals? I'm looking for some of those nice billet aluminum racing pedals, since I realized it is tougher than balls to heel toe with my current setup. I swear, it is like the previous owner had children feet, and made pdeals for them.

The gas pedal is about 1.5 inches further towards the seat than the brake, and they are maybe the same distance apart, if less.

in a 2002. Use the ball of your foot on the brake pedal, and the heel on the gas pedal. Works for my size 9s...

Also, you can adjust the brake and clutch pedal locations (closer or further from the toeboard) with adjustments on the pedals themselves. Gas pedal, unfortunately isn't adjustable.

cheers

if you haven't done it already. My break pedal is dead even with the gas when the brakes are applied. I have size 13 feet and I don't need to use my heel so much. Somewhere between my heel and the side of my foot. Works fine for me with stock pedals.

not sure that it would help with the clearance issue though.

i DO have really big feet (size 15) and the 02s just have a small pedal arrangement. not much you can do about that. the OMP set was nice though. i could position the clutch and brake a bit farther out to give my big clod-hoppers just a bit more clearance.

heel-toeing as mike suggested is definitely more difficult for me. if i put the ball of my foot on the brake, there is no way i could actuate the gas by rotating over in the usual manner. i pretty much have to drive with my toes/balls of my feet and place my heel way back.

I'll check and see the prices on these pedals, but I can wait, the car won't be driveable for a little while, and is still driveable, but is just a pain.
