I have a set of 185/60's with and offset of 30 and they just fit perfect. Seems i'd need to add 10mm to the offset to fit a 205 wel making it et20. I have a set of 14" wheels with et21 and 185's and there is tons of room but I just wanted to know what was working for others.

When I ran Improved Touring, I used 205 60 13 tires on 13x6 wheels with a 13 mm offset. It was a tight fit even with the fenders rolled.

ET 18 from the 320i with (5 1/2 x 13)

Also ET 19 (5/1/2 x 13)

and even used ET 12 (5 1/2 x 13)

In all cases my fender lips have been rolled. clearance was really close with the ET12. You will run into problems if you don't use stiffer shocks and springs with this set -up. My springs are lower than stock by 1 inch. They are the Suspension Techniques springs. I also have negative camber plates up front. They eliminated all vestiges of any tire fender rubbing under hard cornering.

205 / 60 x 13 is my favorite set-up on these cars.

you've applied it to only one of four places -- the inside front. When you make the offset number smaller, you increase the strut (and tie rod) clearance, but you reduce the outside front (fender) clearance. The inside rear clearance is rarely a problem, but the outside rear clearance is usually the first problem with 205 tires. In other words, don't forget about fender clearance.
