correct fuel presssure for dcoe?

So I am running a single 45 dcoe on a linx manifold. I think I have to high a fuel pressure from my electric fuel pump, as it bogs and stalls and requires revving the engine above 3k after a few minutes of idle. (there is also signs of fuel over run) what is the corrrect fuel presssure for this setup?

If that dont work pull the lynx and sell it to me.
