Lurker Day. Today!!!

Since we have over 300 users that have not had a single post to the site I have decided to have a Lurker Day. If it works, it might become a tradition. The day I decided to pick is Tue. Jan 17th. The idea of a Lurker Day is to have people who don't usually post, make themselves known. Post something '02 related: a question you were afraid to ask, picture of your car, or just something about yourself.

Regular users will not be allowed to start new posts. Only answer the questions.

The only problem I see with this is that if someone has a pressing question, they will not be able to post it.

Now that I've typed that, I guess they could post it as a Guest?

My name is Steve, I used to attend UCD and now go to CLU in between trying to maintain an E30 M3 (always a fun chore!) and looking for an 02 project (aren't they all?). I love cars from the 60s-80s, but specifically European marques.

I've been into motorsports since I was wetting the bed. This seems like one of the best BMW forums I've ever visited and hope to contribute once I have a car or can think of something useful to say.

I have posted before, but it was a while ago, so I'm considering myself a lurker. I'm usually pretty intimidated by most of the chats in progress.

Has anyone ever made any 2002 faq tee shirts? I think it's a cool logo, and could potentially help us identify one another in a crowd of gearheads. It could also generate some $ to help with administrative costs associated with the operation of this great site!
