Here's the latest pics on my project. The work have been standing still the last month, and will not be started untill another month, because of moving to a new garage. My website http://www.2002turbo.com/ will not be updated until the work starts again. One of the details not yet in my website is this tii intake modified for EFI.

I really like how you did that Tii stub intake.. I have a question, did you weld new material in or just machine out the existing Tii injector holes?

I'm thinking of doing EFI using some old DCOES gutted as throttle bodies, and I want to do something similar to my DCOE manifold...

Single cut carbide burrs work great on aluminum they are available from MSC or McMaster Carr. You can even find them on ebay.

Your gonna need some rubber under the bolt/washer behind the shifter. Very nice work! Where is your fuse box? Painless wiring harness?

Thanks for noticing, but there is a pretty big rubber suspension hidden in there. The fusebox will be moved into the coupe. I'm going to make a whole new wiring harness, and all the instruments will be renewed. The engine wiring harness is made by a friend of mine who also have made the EFI unit.

looks awesome. you dont happen to have a part number for the welting between the flares and body do you??
