IT'S an early SPRING time here

in South West Connecticut.

I sold my beloved 1978 SAAB 99 Turbo last week

a car I bought new in Nov. 1978. $1900 for a car with the motor out and apart for rebuild, a ton of new parts, and the new owner from Virginia trailered it to his vacation home/barn in middle New York. His SAAB family consists of Sonnets, 900 Convt. , 900 SPG and now my 99 Turbo.

Everyone is happy with the exchange. More time for me now to attack the rot in the drivers foot box of my '76 2002.

Ive said it before, and i'll say it again, starting a PROJECT BLOG with pics of your car is a great way to not only show us what youve got, but where you're going with it.... AND actually letting us follow your progress from beginning to end (ha! we wish!! ;)) That having been said,,,,,.....

pomona swap meet. but i think any swap meet and perhaps some home/garden places would have them. just make sure you tether it down somehow because the one in the pic flew up onto the garage in our wind storm last week :)

Still running strong, will visit NC in May.....

V at the V?

I'm planning to attend (and so is Victor), so if you want to bring both cars down, one of us should be able to make the sacrifice and bring down one!
