engine and drivetrain Hello and questions on a Turbo conversion

Hi, guys new to this forum I am on bimmerforums for the most part under the same name. I am currently tearing down my 02 for a resto not bad rust at all but she wants to be restored to her full glory. While I am doing this I have pulled my engine and now I am contemplating doing a turbo on the car. Options are a blow through which I have researched a bit and seems like it might happen or just convert to fi. I was wondering if anyone has set up a blow through carb and if they have advice. Thanks guys.

I have seen both types of set-ups on dragbikes. There are some carbs thar are very well suited to this application. The motorcycle guys will use individual carbs to blow into and a single to draw thru. Others have used motorcycle carbs on their cars so you may find some luck in this group. Most people I think will do an EFI if going to a turbo.

So i was looking at the fi conversion and it might be the way to go, yet i still want help on the blow through concept.

see this site for a "simple" conversion. Other than the megasquirt the rest of the FI part was basically done with original stock parts that bolted on. There is always some tweaking involved and Zenon is one of the best. He is usually pretty easy to ask questions of.
