I have dual 40DCOW webers and the K&N filters, anyone else have this setup with velocity stacks on the webers. Mine don't have stacks and I'm wondering if I need them and what sort of clearance issues I will have then with the K&N filters. Or if it would be wise to scrap the filters, get the stacks and get new filters that work with the stacks. Recommendations?

Get stubby stacks at least. On filters you are going to have problems fitting anything big enough betweeen the brake booster and the carb to produce max power.
