I really like the look of them, but do they facilitate the use of wider rims, and offsets or mainly just for looks. I know guys use the turbo flares to run wider, just curious about your alpina lip flares.

I am looking at some 15x7 0et, and like the look of your products.

Thanks DAP,

Shane

I contacted Jeff at ireland engineering and he told me to run a 15x7" wheel with a 12mm offset. SO i would assume that 0 offset would NOT work under lip flares.

it will also depend on the size of the tire. 12mm offset bring the tire closer to the strut then 0mm offset by 12mm. if you run 205 tire and it is very close to the strut at 12mm offset and then install 215 tire, you will need to more the wheel out forther, but about 5mm. so now your offset is 7mm.

The proper offset of the wheel also depends on the tire size, not just the wheel.
