The bottom seat is easy, but you have to get a little rough with it. It comes up at the front with a couple brackets holding it into place. What I do is stand in the back floorboards, and push the seat a little towards the rear window and then give it a good shove on either side and it will dislodge from the front. Then push the other side of the seat up and it will kinda pull out towards the front lodged underneath the rear arm rests, and out the door. The back rest has a couple bolts that you'll see when you get teh seat out. Take these out w/ a 10mm I think, and then push the back rest up towards the roof and pull out similar to the seat. Once you do it, its easy. Good luck

on a 72, stand in the rear floor straddling the tranny tunnel, remove the bottom part of the seat first by grabbing the lower part of the seat and simultaneously applying pressure to the rear of the car and lift up.

The bottom of the seat should then lift out.

To remove the back part of the seat, there are two small phillips head screws that hold the rear seat in. These screws are located at the bottom of the seat. With these removed lift up on the seat and it should release from the two catches.

Square lite cars have a 6mm bolt thru the kick panel just slightly to the right of the center line of the car, most people don't bother replacing it after the seats been out once and just stick it down like the roundies.

it isnt that much work if you have a dremal or an air hose cutter thing (i forget what the technical name is) all you have to do is take out the old seats wich takes a total of 10 minutes then cut then ribs in the back of the 635 seats then bolt everything down. you should drill a few holes to bolt them down so that they can sit in the car without vibrating

if your looking for some online remember its an E24 635csi i dont know the year (late 70's i think)
