What does the tii manifold look like??? Is it pressed steel or cast?

So the pressed steel looking one with the air pump contraption is something different I'm assuming??? Is that any good or would stock be better?

There's no such thing as a pressed steel manifold. Most 02's (tii's included) had a pressed steel heat shield over the manifold that falls off or gets removed at some point.
