It's not cause she drives a bimmer.. she never has, and unfortunately, she probably never will...

Sunday of this week we got the awful news that she has spinal meningitis. Doctors are giving her otherwise strong spirit a 50/50 chance...

She turned 88 this year and has been the quinticential matriarch of our little family since my grandfather passed two years ago

This is sorta 02 related as I have spent the last three days underneath my 02 adding eurathane bushings, rear discs, bottlecaps, and anything else to free my mind from thoughts of her parting...

A bottle of wine with dinner and my mind breaks into deep thoughts..

Sam, I feel your pain. I feel the joy for having had her so long. I, like you, just wish she didn't have to go.

my gramps both died in the same year 2000. I was very close to one and it still hurts not to see him. Make the most of the time you have now with her! My gramps did get to ride in the 02 and it is one of the great memorries I have with him. He really liked the car!
