Fixing slight tears/splits in 02 rubber drain cylinders?

Hello all.....

I picked up a box of 02 parts from a friend. Inside the box were the three rubber drain cylinder that are mounted right below the front windshield and down the firewall.

Usually these drains are rotted and in bad shape. Two of the three in this box are in what I think are, repairable shape. One has a slight star-shaped hole and the other a 1" split down the lower part of the seam.

If you've seen the price of new ones, you'll know why I'd like to make these work. Does anybody have a recommendation for a product that works well with rubber to repair holes/splits?
