hi - brake pedal travel in my 71 was waaaaaaay long after install of big brakes(tii master cylinder, 320i drums, tii struts, MUCH BLEEDING MUCH BLEEDING) -- suddenly pedal feel/pressure is PERFECT after repair/reinstallation of the e-brake system (lever re-attached to trans tunnel, etc.)

QUESTION: CAN E-BRAKE INSTALL AFFECT PEDAL TRAVEL AND/OR SYSTEM PRESSURE? THANKS FOR ANY INSIGHT.

if it's 'partly on' all the time, I suppose it could...

The shoes should drop back against the adjuster posts, not the e- brake cable.

fwiw,
